Haven't said much about running lately! Things are plugging along, Trying to get 3 runs in each week, sometimes it only ends up being 2. I can't run outside at all after work because it's too dark, so I feel good about maintaining my running during the week a few times at lunch (either outside or on the indoor track if it's too cold/icy) and then getting in a longer run on the weekend with my sister. I am definitely looking forward to warmer weather and more daylight!
Bad runs and good are about equal in terms of number these days, and I'm tracing most of my bad runs back to lack of proper fueling (for me this means eating a decent amount before the run, always to include some kid of carbs), so that's something I'm working on right now.
Not really a whole lot else to say...I think I'll get back into the groove of feeling excited and wanting to push myself when I run another race...which will thankfully be next Saturday morning!
